President Anthony Suarez Meets With the University of Puerto Rico on Moot Court Competition

The Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida President, Anthony Suarez, met with Dean Vivian I. Neptune Rivera and Associate Dean Hiram Melandez of the University of Puerto Rico on December 18, 2014.  President Suarez discussed the expansion of the Puerto Rican Bar Association’s moot court competition with the deans, who expressed a desire to participate in a regional competition.  The Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, in conjunction with the Puerto Rican Bar Association of New York, the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Illinois and Puerto Rico Lawyers Association, is proud to announce the expansion of its moot court competition to a national event.  Each association will participate in a regional competition, and the winners of those competitions will advance to the finals of the national competition, which will take place in Orlando, Florida.
